Schaltbau products have been available in China for more than 10 years. At the present time, manufacturers of diesel and electric locomotives represent our most important customers. However, demand for products for commuter trains and power plants is also increasing, as is demand from industry.

Xi'an Schaltbau was created in 1994. This joint venture serves our Chinese customers and adapts Schaltbau products for the Chinese market. We have also developed many products specifically for the Chinese market.
