Velden production location

Schaltbau GmbH's production plant in Velden has been in operation for 30 years. Virtually all Schaltbau products are assembled at this facility, which covers some 4,500 square meters. An aggressive investment plan launched a few years ago has made it possible to increase productivity and shipping efficiency continuously ever since. A committed workforce, modern organization and a certified quality and environmental management system enable us to deliver products and services that feature outstanding quality.

Centralized company-wide procurement and allocation of all materials
Modern work scheduling, including workplace design and determination of times as well as investment planning
Quality controls: Quality management system, including process audits
Maintenance and calibration of production equipment
Laboratory for validation of customer specifications, especially in the case of product development
Design and engineering to support assembly
Modern warehouse systems to permit efficient handling of materials and products
Receipt of goods and shipping department
